Woodstock Ski Runners seeks Administrative Director

Woodstock Ski Runners seeks an organized, efficient, friendly multitasker to manage our office and programs. Key responsibilities include managing daily finances, membership communication, community relations, marketing and fundraising.

Our Administrative Director oversees member registration, organizes volunteers and provides excellent communication to all of our audiences: our membership, our community, and our partner ski areas. Working with our board, the Administrative Director will have a leadership role in fundraising activities.

The Administrative Director is responsible for financial management, including the managment of income from registration and fundraising, and the payment of invoices, in conjunction with our bookkeeper.

Our ideal candidate is a flexible self starter with a positive attitude, knowledge of skiing, excellent oral and written communication skills, and a desire to be the friendly face of a popular non-profit organization. Familiarity with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and experience with and understanding of digital marketing best practices, to include basic website content management, social media, and email marketing, is important.

This is a part-time, year-round position with flexible hours. More hours are required in the fall and winter, including some weekends. If you’d like to be the next face of this historic program, please email a cover letter and resume to woodstockskirunners@gmail.com
