Nolan St. John Wins Vermont Cup

We are excited to share that Ski Runners’ own Nolan St. John has won the 2019 Vermont Alpine Racing Association (VARA) SYNC Vermont Cup Overall Championship in the U19 + age division. Charlie Coffin from Mount Snow Academy and Tanner Schultz of Killington Mountain School finished second and third respectively.

Nolan lives with his family in Boxford, Massachusetts, and attends The Pingree School. He has trained with Woodstock Ski Runners at Suicide 6 on weekends for several years. Teammates Aaron Wilson and Henry Hartford finished 18th and 48th out of 109 competitors in the U16 age division.

In the women’s U16 division, long time Ski Runners athlete Kelly Gebhardt of Pomfret finished sixth. Woodstock native and Ski Runners’ alumna Amber Wood finished ninth skiing for Killington Mountain School. Ski Runners teammates Cassidy Adams and Libby Waterfall finished 57th and 67th out of 112 competitors.
